Caitlin + Kent
Caitlin and Kent were a dream couple to work with! The nicest of people (all of their family and friends were too!) and such a wonderful example of love.
It was a gorgeous sunny day which only made their venue on the river even more stunning. Caitlin and Kent had a relaxing morning getting ready with friends, and saved their first time seeing each other for walking down the aisle. Caitlin is such a beauty and her intricate dress was a total jaw-dropper—I know Kent was blown away when he finally saw her!
The ceremony was outside on the grassy lawn with gorgeous views of the golf course and Willamette in the background. Sarah from Young Hip and Married performed such a sweet and personal ceremony, and after exchanging personal vows full of sweet promises and happy tears, Caitlin and Kent were finally able to kiss and be joined as husband and wife!
Guests moved to the patio for cocktails and appetizers, with signature drinks named after their beloved dog Mogli! (I adored every time he would make an appearance during our planning calls!) Dinner bells were rung, encouraging guests to find their seats on the show-stopping signage from Script on This and make their way to a delicious dinner on the shady lawn.
Toasts followed with sweet testimonies to the wonderful people Caitlin and Kent are, as well as stories from their childhood and about how they first met (set up by friends at game night!). After cutting into the cake and sneaking off for some photos in that perfect golden hour light, the entire crew hit the dance floor! A gorgeous black and white dance floor - Caitlin’s big must-have!
The couple nailed their choreographed first dance, and it was such a joy to see all of the married couples during the anniversary dance! So many beautiful examples of love for this newly married couple to look up to! Burgers and fries for late night bites kept the guests going strong late into the night, with the glow of their custom neon sign setting the perfect mood to party. What a fantastic night it was celebrating the love these two have for each other!
Caitlin and Kent, I am so excited for you to enjoy married life together and overjoyed I could help give you the day of your dreams! Wishing you all the happiness in the world for this new chapter!
