Summer + Thomas
Summer and Thomas chose the idyllic setting of a private family residence just outside Hillsboro for their wedding, and boy, did they make it unforgettable! This special spot holds a treasure trove of memories: Thomas's parents said "I do" nearby, and it was here that Summer and Thomas got engaged.
Drawing inspiration from their time in Germany, the couple infused their celebration with unique cultural touches, seamlessly blending them with the stunning natural surroundings. As their love story unfolded, guests were serenaded by Boy and Bean during a dreamy ceremony beneath a majestic oak tree. Baby’s breath lined the aisle, while whimsical disco balls, a vintage painting, and curated plants created a magical atmosphere.
After the “I dos,” it was time for cocktail hour! DJ Carissa set the perfect vibe as guests mingled and enjoyed delicious bites from Cheryl's on 12th. As twilight fell, the celebration moved beneath twinkling café lights, where dinner and dancing came alive. Long farm tables adorned with locally grown wildflowers and gifted crystals surrounded the classic black-and-white checkered dance floor from Arden, setting the stage for an unforgettable night.
The evening wrapped up with more dancing at the barn rave, beautifully decorated with a handmade dried floral chandelier crafted by the bride's mom, a disco ball, and vibrant lights to complete the theme. It was clear that Summer, Thomas, and their guests knew how to party.
