From my first meeting with Jacqui + Jeff, I knew their wedding day would be the most perfect celebration of their sweet love for each other. Working with Jacqui and her mom, Lisa, felt like a match made in heaven from the start! These two knew the exact vision they wanted to bring to life: a romantic garden party filled with soft florals, pops of pink, and plenty of greenery throughout. Their goal was to enhance the natural beauty of The Allison’s grounds and effortlessly bring that feeling inside the ballroom. If you ask me, I think we nailed it!!!

Nestled in the shade of The Allison’s Meadow Garden, this shaded oasis was the perfect location to tie the knot on a warm summer afternoon. After Jacqui glided down the aisle accompanied by her father, Glen, Melissa Coe delivered a heartfelt ceremony for the bride and groom to officially mark their transition to husband and wife. Christie Becker’s music led the recessional all the way to cocktail hour on the Estate Lawn where delicious custom His & Hers cocktails, apps, and plenty of shade awaited guests. As a lover of detailed signage, I have to say I adored every inch of Perfect Press’ stunning custom cocktail menus at the bar!

Before guests took their seats they were greeted by a floral seating chart which was custom-made by Jacqui’s family. I remember the photos Jacqui sent me months before the big day, but of course seeing it in person left me speechless! Entering into the Coppergold ballroom felt like entering into a new world of romantic garden bliss. Blum’s soft florals adorned tables in long runners, tall vases, and a standout sweetheart table for the bride and groom. Soft draping on the perimeter allowed the late summer sunset to show through and light the space with a dreamy glow while patterned linens gave the space texture and warmth.

After a delicious dinner by candlelight, the celebrations moved to the dancefloor where J+J shared their first dance as husband and wife. Jacqui’s love of dance was on full display as she dazzled in her sparkling A-line dress around the ballroom. Guests kept the floor packed in between bites of mini desserts and snacks at the bar and it was clear that this group was going to keep the celebrations high until the very end of the evening. As we prepared for a sparkler grand exit, Jacqui + Jeff shared a private last dance together as a sweet ending to the perfect day (and I of course snuck a quick photo to send to them the next morning!)

From start to finish, the day was filled with so much magic, love, and sweet celebrations for the newlyweds. Jacqui + Jeff, it was truly such an honor to see this day through for you two and I wish you a lifetime of happiness in this next chapter together!
