Bree + Peter
The word most used to describe Bree and Peter’s wedding that day at Ponzi Vineyards was “magical!” Set against the picturesque backdrop of the vineyard, their ceremony took place on the serene lawn overlooking the vines, giving guests a breathtaking view that set the tone for the entire day.
What made this wedding even more special were the personal touches: Bree’s daughters served as her maids of honor (with the youngest also acting as our showstopping flower girl!), and her son who stood proudly as one of Peter’s groomsmen. Bree was absolutely radiant in her satin Vivienne Westwood gown, a vision of elegance that perfectly complemented the beauty of the setting.
As Janet Lin Photography expertly captured the newlyweds and their family during cocktail hour, guests mingled with fruity champagne cocktails and wines from the vineyard served at the stunning Pearl Bar. This marble slab bar, adorned with a gorgeous hanging floral installation, quickly became a guest favorite!
When it was time for dinner, the anticipation grew as the custom drapery parted, revealing the stunning reception space. The reaction was incredible—guests audibly gasped at the breathtaking design. The room was a masterpiece of floor-to-ceiling drapery and uplighting, with a spectacular feature wall of white orchid blooms from Colibri Flowers. The clear acrylic tables sparkled in the candlelight, each set with sleek black-and-white place settings that perfectly matched the orchid arrangements, complete with delicate black ribbon bows.
Guests were treated to Chef Kyle’s exquisite four-course meal with individual wine pairings before being invited to watch the cutting of Bree and Peter’s ornate three-tiered cake and first dance under the stars on the patio. Shawn from Event Team kept the energy alive well into the night, with music and dancing that filled the air. As the night came to a close, private shuttles whisked guests back to their hotels, leaving them with unforgettable memories of a truly spectacular celebration.
Bree and Peter’s wedding was not just a day; it was an experience—a perfect blend of family, love, and celebration. As their coordinator, it was an honor to bring their vision to life in such a breathtaking way! Cheers to the happy couple!
