Betty + Brian
Betty and Brian’s wedding day was filled with all their favorite things: friends and family, beautiful scenery, pizza, popcorn, and their favorite movie quotes and music! Such a fun wedding on a perfect fall day along the Columbia River Gorge. Cape Horn Estate set the scene with picturesque views and flowers in full bloom at every turn. A custom movie poster designed by the groom and the smell of fresh popcorn welcomed the guests as they arrived.
Hot Lips Pizza fired up the pizza oven while guests enjoyed signature cocktails and appetizers that included vegan stuffed peppers, caprese skewers, and garlic pesto breadsticks. The DJ set the mood for the evening with music from motion pictures that ended up being a great ice breaker for guests to discuss as they mingled during the cocktail hour. After fueling up on pizza and salad, Betty and Brian’s guests took to the dance floor as DJ Kemyst mixed all their favorite party songs together, and kept them on their feet all the way to the end of the night.
Betty and Brian - it was so fun to see your personalities and your thoughtfulness throughout the planning process. From the personalized animal place card holders to the mini bundt cakes (and oatmeal cream pies!), you were intentional with the details and it came together beautifully! Your guests raved about how much fun they had, and how perfectly the evening represented you two as a couple. I wish you many happy years together, surrounded by your wonderful family and friends. Congratulations!
XOXO, Candida
