Leah + Ethan
Leah and Ethan were and are an absolute dream, along with their amazing families. These two were raised to love hard but give each other an even harder time (making for some hilarious toasts if I do say so myself). The dynamic of Leah and Ethan is something so special, built over 10 years of working together to get to their wedding day.
As suspected, July 31st, 2021 was a perfect day under a touch of PNW overcast. After the crazy heat wave that Seattle has been experiencing this summer… I think everyone was a little relieved with the weather. We were able to keep everything outside without anyone sweating through their cocktail attire, a win for all!
Leah and Ethan’s wedding day was a picture perfect experience. The thought and detail that Leah and Ethan put into their wedding made it that much more magical for the guests and myself. The guest book asking for advice from their guests and to strengthen their new union, even the unique vision these two planned out to represent their taste. It was a mix of modern aspects combined with a classic color palette, blending perfectly with the aesthetic of JM Cellars.
Their guests enjoyed French 75s and wine under the evening light, surrounded by tropical florals staged in hand crafted pottery made by the ever so talented Shelby Bond. Forest green velvet accented the simple beauty of the evening while everyone enjoyed a delightful dinner prepared by Lisa Dupar Catering.
From choreographed first dances, to the dance party that broke out soon thereafter everyone loved getting to celebrate together after being apart for so long. It was an absolute joy to see the excitement of the night. I have been involved in so many weddings over my time with Bridal Bliss, but this one felt different being the first full on wedding I have done since COVID 19. The vibes were immaculate as everyone toasted the Green’s!
Cheers to a wedding that was full of romance mixed with modern, personalized touches that created an experience I am so happy I was a part of.
