Mica + Peter

What a pleasure it was working with Mica and Peter on their stylish and very Portland wedding. The couple from Chicago picked Portland to host their wedding as a nod to the brides hometown and to show off Portland to all their family and friends. As a nod to Peter's Greek heritage the couple selected Holy Trinity for their ceremony location.

From there, Mica's vision for her wedding day really came to life when we landed on Union Pine for the reception. Union Pine offered a cool modern backbone to the reception and Mica styled the rest perfectly. The long wood farm tables were adorned with lush flowers from Blum. The centerpieces were sprawling with bright colorful flowers and mixed in medicine bottles. Each place setting included a sprig of rosemary and lavender. For a little pop of color the water glasses were blush crystal cut goblets from Something Borrowed. The room was absolutely beautiful and glowing.

Guests dined on a delicious menu from Chefs Table which included, St. Jack Chicken Liver Mousse, a grilled romaine salad and a family style dinner. Dessert included Salt & Straw paired with Voodoo Doughnuts. Talk about a Portland meal! Guests danced the night away with DJ Zimmie playing hit after hit and keeping the dance floor going into the wee hours of the night! The wedding was amazing and I was so thrilled to be apart of it! Congrats!
