Theresa + David
Theresa and I were friends from way back when, so when she asked me to help plan her wedding, I was totally honored and couldn't be more thrilled for her and David. With a wedding in April and the dicey weather in Portland, Leftbank Annex couldn't have been the more perfect fit for their wedding. We actually lucked out with the weather that day and Amanda K was able to capture the most beautiful bridal portraits amongst the last of the blossoming cherry blossoms before coming to the venue for the festivities.
The ceremony took place under an incredibly crafted hanging arbor, created by the talented Blum Floral in Design. Dripping in greenery and cherry blossoms, David & Theresa said their vows in a ceremony performed by their close friend.
After the ceremony, the room was transformed into a beautiful setting for a family style dinner, served by Devil's Food Catering. We used a combination of long and round tables to make the most of the space that Leftbank offers, leaving plenty of space for their donut dessert bar and dance floor. Being huge Blazer fans, and the first night of the playoffs (which the Blazer's were hosting at home), we had the game playing on the tv screens. It was an incredible evening for two amazing people, I couldn't have been more honored to be a part of it.
