I have had the pleasure of knowing Madeline Reece's family for many years--our moms and grandma's were friends! However, I really got to know her and her sister when we planned Jacqueline's wedding back in 2016. In fact, Madeline even babysat my kids! Everyone was thrilled when Madeline and Taylor Stinson got engaged (except my son whose heart is still broken over his first love LOL). They are such a happy, easy-going, and sweet couple. Working with them was a true pleasure!

To our surprise, their Spring wedding day started off with a fresh layer of snow, but that didn’t stop us! The talented Deyla Huss was able to capture these sweet moments shared between Madeline and Taylor. Incorporating faith and tradition, Madeline and Taylor chose Our Lady of the Lake in Lake Oswego for their beautiful Catholic ceremony. The string group, Duo Con Brio, provided yet another element of elegance as they played the violin and cello.

Inspired by the season, over 2,000 tulips adorned the Rose Pavilion reception space at the Oregon Golf Club. Arden’s custom bar decals, classic black and white decor, and Blum Floral Design’s greenery provided an elegant and refined space for guests to enjoy the plated menu prepared by the Oregon Golf Club. Madeline's fashion-forward mom, Caroline, and I had so much fun designing the black, white, and green color palate. Madeline's only must-have? A black and white checkerboard dance floor!

Guests danced the night away thanks to Chad Dowling Productions and the help of light-up cowboy hats and glow sticks. Madeline glowed in her gorgeous gown from Anna's Bridal that was custom-made to have a detachable strap, making it even more swoon + dance-worthy! Smirk Photo Booth provided another element of fun with their props allowing guests to let loose and have fun!
