Anna-Lise + Andrew

It was a beautiful evening at JM Cellars celebrating two incredible people who have been through it all together. From meeting one another at Swedish Medical Center to tying the knot a couple years later A + A are meant for one another. Both being in the medical field and working through the pandemic reminded these two the importance of celebrating with the ones that they love & that is exactly what they did!

September 3rd was a perfect day. When I first had the pleasure of meeting Anna-Lise she told me that food is her and Andrew’s center piece. She wanted to create an evening around the food that they were serving & I must say, it made me smile. The food was indeed the center piece of the evening, accompanied by an amazing floral installation by Anthera Flowers and candle & votives galore to create a romantic ambiance.

Via Tribunali catered the evening, bringing in a wood fired pizza oven to create delicious and fresh wood fired pizzas, served with other Italian cuisine family style to all 122 guests. The smell alone transformed the evening into feeling like the wedding was in the Tuscan country side and not in Woodinville, Washington.

Kransekake made by Anna-Lise’s talented mother really stole the show dessert wise. The layered Norwegian delicacy was a unique show stopper, accompanied by cannolis baked by Kelly's Cannolis & a colorful cutting cake by the The Sweet Side. The evening ended with dancing under the stars and a whole lot of fun. DJ Jay brought the beat, keeping everyone on their feet until the night concluded.

It was a joy to be a part of this celebration for two people who truly deserved to celebrate. Cheers to the Discolo’s!
