Cara + Jim
When I first met Cara and Jim, they told me their wedding would be anything but traditional. They certainly lived up to this vision with a beautiful day of fun and lots of love from their closest friends and family.
The wedding party, complete with the couple's dog Toby, walked down the aisle at Ecotrust to their favorite songs. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and tea snacks from Grand Cru Hospitality before grabbing bubbles and streamers to head to the venue.
Cara and Jim lead the way of their "Love Parade" of guests up a few blocks to Hunt & Gather, where they were greeted with custom cocktails and a beautiful dinner spread.
After dinner, the party really began. The couple included their love of karaoke by singing a "first song" and then opening up the stage to their guests. Complete with a sparkler sendoff, it was the perfect nontraditional wedding!
