Emily + Nick
Planning with Emily and Nick was a true pleasure. I knew from the moment they mentioned their puppy Bella (short for Bellatrix, from Harry Potter), who would be joining the wedding as flower girl, we were in for a treat.
Their wedding day was nothing shy of perfect. Great weather, a beautiful venue and better company. Salon Maison was onsite doing hair and makeup for Emily and her bridesmaids, and Nick spent the morning getting ready with his closest friends and family.
Emily and Nick embraced JM Cellars and brought in only select decor to enhance the venue's natural beauty. The tables were decorated with simple greenery by Edelweiss Floral Co. Amazing food was served by Ravishing Radish and photos of the happy couple were snapped by Alex Everett.
The day was full of Jewish wedding traditions, a Ketubah signing and a beautiful Chuppah at the Ceremony. Bellatrix, their pup, was walked down the aisle by a close friend who sprinkled heart shaped cutouts of pages from a Harry Potter book as they walked down the aisle.
The dance floor was opened with the Hora and lively music played by Chris Gravesa. Followed by, the cutest ice cream trike brought on side by Shug's Soda Fountain. Emily and Nick also chose to incorporate one of my favorite non-traditional elements when Nick took Emily's last name!
Congrats to the newlyweds! Honored to have been a part of their special day!
XOXO, Miranda
