Heather + Steve
Heather and Steve were friends for almost 20 years before realizing they were meant to spend the rest of their lives together. While timing wasn't always on their side, over the past few years, it became clear they belonged together. Deciding to host their intimate wedding at their home was the perfect setting for their early November nuptials.
Utilizing the living room/dining room for a ceremony in front of their closest friends and relatives had guests feeling the love between the couple, even with a few laughs to lighten the mood. As we flipped the ceremony space for dinner, cocktail hour was held downstairs and on the back patio as the weather could not have been more perfect that day. Views overlooking the Columbia River were absolutely breathtaking. Art of Catering served a variety of delicious appetizers including a gorgeous seafood tower.
Guests made their way back upstairs for dinner. Long tables covered in ivory linens and blush velvet runners, with greenery and bud vases filled with floral spread down the center. Each table setting had a little bag that said "we hope you get lucky tonight" with the guests' name attached to it- inside the bag, a lottery ticket.
Everyone enjoyed a surf and turf plated dinner then made their way to the outside patio, under the clear top tent for dancing. Blum created the most perfect floral chandelier for guests to dance under for the rest of the night. It was the best November day anyone could ask for!
