Caitlin + Patrick
One of my all-time favorite brides, my cousin Caitlin - who in so many ways has always been like a second little sister to me. Caitlin spent her early years living several houses down from my own, moving later in life at time when I became her babysitter and had a chance to witness her early dating years all before she met the one, Patrick.
I was there to celebrate with them the night Patrick proposed and was absolutely thrilled to get to help celebrate their marriage as both their coordinator and cousin.
Patrick's family has a home in Suncadia, and it has always been a special place for him and Caitlin. So much so that they decided it would be the perfect location for their early fall wedding!
September in Suncadia, the weather is somewhat unpredictable, which meant a last minute change of location for our ceremony. A change that ended up gorgeous thanks to the amazing work of Kaleb Norman James.
Guests for this Suncadia resort wedding were seated in the amphitheater, which meant they physically surrounded Caitlin and Patrick as they said their I-dos before their closest friends and family.
From there, guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers before we moved the entire party to our dinner tent. Guests were wowed by the completely transformed space as Kaleb and his team had outdone themselves with their floral work which paired beautifully with paper goods by Camille Robinson (Robinson Design House), and rentals from La Tavola Linens, Kaleb Norman James & Pedersen's.
Dinner was provided by the Suncadia Resort. Ice cream and popsicles, a crowd favorite, were served from a bike cart (Mobile Mavens) all before the real party began. From there, Hit Explosion took off!
The dance floor was packed for hours on end as the band serenaded us into the late evening. And of course, no Corr party is complete without an after party (thankfully moved inside as to not disturb the neighbors!) for more dancing and late night snacks.
From start to finish this wedding meant so much to me, getting to plan along an amazing couple and their families was an experience I will never forget. Caitlin and Patrick, I love you both and wish you a lifetime of happiness!
