Kira + Travis

Kira and Travis were destined for each other. Together for 8 years, they had been looking forward to their wedding day for quite some time. For their dream wedding, Kira and Travis selected a waterfront ceremony at the beautiful Semiahmoo Resort located in Blaine, WA on the border of Canada.

On August 6th, this couple was married in front of their closest friends and family, with 9 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen standing by their sides. While overlooking stunning views of British Columbia across Semiahmoo Bay, the sun shone brightly on Kira and Travis, who were beaming with joy from ear to ear. The talented, Kate Scrivner Art, stood at the end of the ceremony dock, capturing the magic of the moment as it unfolded with a live painting of the ceremony. John Cain Photography and Scott Ohashi Videography were close by as they photographed and took video of Kira and Travis’ wedding day. Travis’ cousin, Jeremy, officiated the ceremony, and after announcing the newlyweds, the guests took to the outdoor lawn and pavilion where they mingled and sipped cocktails in celebration.

Kira surprised Travis with a pop-up oyster bar, which was a delicious and fun experience for all! As the sun set in a beautiful array of pink and orange colors over the water, the couple and their nearest and dearest dined under an elegant white tent with twinkling lights.

Kira had not one, but two gorgeous dresses, and she changed into her second look of the night right before hitting the dance floor for a first dance to Shania Twain’s “From This Moment On”. The couple then danced the night away with their friends and family, thanks to DA Productions.

Glow-sticks, late-night food, a photo booth, and even a sparkler send-off made for the perfect end to a perfect wedding. We wish Kira and Travis all the best!

XOXO, Kylie
