Linda + Brian

June 25th is just one of those days, so many anniversaries and even more babies born on that day.  Apparently 6.25 is a day to celebrate, and this year was no exception!  A modern day Brady bunch, Linda & Brian's wedding was not only a marriage of two people, but a union of two families - two families and six amazing kids.  From start to finish there was not a planning conversation that did not include talk of the kids and what role they would play in this special day.

Linda first got to know Brian's buddies - 2 of whom would later marry them and Sandpoint Golf and Country Club following several rounds of golf.  It was where they would relax, tell stories, and laugh. All of which made it the perfect setting for a beautiful summer wedding.  Brian and Linda were married on the deck overlooking the golf course surrounded by friends and family with all six kids standing beside them.  The most touching touching moment coming after their first kiss when there were many (12 to be exact) hugs exchanged, Linda officially embracing her 3 new sons, Brian 2 sons and a daughter.

After a laughter-filled cocktail hour where we enjoyed spectacular views of Lake Washington guests were welcomed into the dining room.  The family style tables were decked out in homemade succulent planters that Linda's brother had made for them, gorgeous white flowers, personalized succulents for each guest to take home, and menus describing the food stations set to come.  Toasts started with laughter - Brian's brother debating who was the best person in their family, and ended with the extremely touching sentiments - both oldest sons expressing how happy they were for their parents, before we moved onto dinner.  Linda and Brian kicked the floor off, but were quickly followed by the sweetest dances between a mothers (both Linda & Brian's mom) and sons.  Shoes lined the dance floor as the guests seemed to stay out there for hours!  And if there wasn't enough love for this new family of eight the bouquet (a spur of the moment addition) of course went to the oldest son's girlfriend!  If fate works out in our favor, it would be an honor to plan another wedding with this fun-loving family!

Congratulations Brian and Linda, you helped make this 6.25 one to remember!
