Christina + Mike
It absolutely poured rain the entire week leading up to Christina and Mike’s Big Day…then to our delight Saturday, September 25 was a sunny and 70 degrees kind-of day in Seattle. The Space Needle was sparkling over the tented reception of Mike and Christina’s closest family and friends. When you think about a picturesque Seattle wedding…I am not sure if you can beat this.
The Glass House structure was full of incredible tables scaped with florals to match the glass chandelier installation in the Chihuly Glass Museum. Fall was in full effect with the rustic red & orange arrangements done by the talented Melanie Benson, while the small bites & catering by the venue, kept everyone full and happy. Dinner was to die for, with every guest getting their personal menu selection plated to perfection.
Christina and Mike overlooked their 188 guests from their kings table as toasts and cheers erupted to celebrate the happy couple…a few “GO COUGS” here and there joined in the fun. Dinner was followed by dessert, a salted caramel and almond buttercream cake by The Sweetside was the perfect send off to dancing the night away. Ruby Willingham DJed the evening, a close friend of the Bride and Groom. He certainly kept the guests moving and grooving until the last possible minute.
Christina and Mike originally booked their venue in 2019 and waited until 2021 to tie the knot. It was a beautiful fall evening, and I could not have asked for a better couple to celebrate.
Cheers to the Denison’s after a long awaited celebration!
XOXO, Lauren
