Alex + Tony
If only every person could meet Alex + Tony and learn about their love story. They truly have a love like no other couple I have met and I feel so grateful to have been on their wedding planning journey.
With Covid becoming a major issue as we approached Alex + Tony's original wedding date, June 6th, we quickly came up with an alternative plan. Alex + Tony had originally planned on a 300 person celebration at Maysara Winery that was going to be absolutely stunning.
Their Plan B, to host the wedding at Alex's parents’ beautiful home, turned into the perfect location to hold an intimate, all family, 23 person celebration. We decided to keep all the same rentals, florals and decor we had planned on for the wedding day and mimic the design but in their backyard. Of course, as if turning to a backup plan wasn't enough, it happened to be the rainiest day in Portland of the YEAR. So onto Plan C! We moved everything indoors and safe to say, it was the most beautiful intimate dinner we could have hoped for!
Before guests sat down for dinner, Alex + Tony were surprised by a 45 car drive by. There was not a dry eye in the house as guests came by in their cars to wish the couple a happy wedding day! Probably one of the sweetest things I have ever seen!
At the reception, the love kept flowing with heartfelt toasts and a first dance as husband and wife in front of their closest family members. It was truly a night to remember!
Alex + Tony are two of the sweetest ever. I am so excited for them and their future and wish them nothing but happiness in their new life as Mr. and Mrs!
XOXO, Catherine
