Julia and Marcus’ wedding was simple, sweet, and elegant which perfectly reflected this wonderful couple. Guests arrived at the venue, a private Portland club, on a very hot summer day, to celebrate the love of these two.

They entered into the iconic lobby to find their escort cards, before exiting into the garden where the ceremony took place. The ceremony started promptly at 6 o’clock, with Duo Con Brio playing breathtaking music throughout. The three ring bearers, and the two adorable flower girls set the stage for the beautiful bride. Julia looked stunning, with hair done by Melissa Parker, and wearing a beautiful yet elegant BHLDN wedding dress. She glided down the aisle lined with lanterns and white rose pedals.

After the short and very sweet ceremony, the guests were invited to sip cocktails, and eventually find their seats. The long tables were decorated by Thistle & Fern Floral with olive leaves, white flowers mixed in between, and lanterns which doubled as table numbers. Lanterns were also hung in the giant tree that sat in the middle of the patio. McKenna Rachelle Photography was able to capture just how simple but beautiful the whole night was.

Because Julia has a sweet tooth, she created a candy bar for guests to enjoy throughout the night. If that wasn’t enough dessert, the cake by Beaverton Bakery looked just as good as it tasted.
