Laura + Daniel

Helping Laura and Daniel bring their wedding vision to life was an absolute pleasure.

The two were so laid back throughout the entire process, and their pick of Nordia House for both the ceremony and reception was the perfect match for their minimalist, easygoing style.

Their ceremony took place outside, shaded by the many trees that surround the grounds of Nordia House.

Columbia River Strings played as guests found their seats in the lawn and sipped on cocktails from the bar inside Broder Soder.

Once the ceremony began, there was not a dry eye in the crowd as Laura and Daniel spoke meaningful vows to one another and said their β€œI do’s”.

After the ceremony, guests headed up to the great hall – an airy, simplistic event space with gorgeous wood beams and an entire wall of windows looking out on the property’s greenery.

With simple floral centerpieces from Sammy’s Flowers, the room spoke for itself. Dinner was a delicious mix of Nordic dishes from Broder Soder – the onsite cafΓ© and caterers at Nordia House.

The evening ended with touching toasts from Laura and Daniel’s closest friends and a dance party lead by DJ Sacrilicious.

Guests raved about the Swedish meatballs, dill and lemon chicken and stuffed squash, and the passionfruit chocolate cake was the cherry on top of an impeccable meal.

It was a picture-perfect day – filled with many sweet stories of how Laura and Daniel’s love had grown over the years and lots of well wishes for their future together.
