Sheetal + Vineet
We all know how much I love an Indian wedding, and Sheetal and Vineet's was definitely another favorite! With almost 500 guests at the Portland Art Museum, we definitely utilized every corner of the space.
Starting the day with an epic groom's processional (on a horse!), a.k.a the baraat, guests danced around Vineet closing down the streets around the park blocks, after which guests made their way inside for a traditional ceremony.
To keep with tradition, we kept the tones in the Sunken Ballroom, reds, whites with gold accents. A stunning mandap surrounded Vineet, Sheetal and their families as the priest performed the traditional service.
After the ceremony and a brief break, both the bride and groom changed their attire for the reception in the Grand Ballroom. For this decor, we opted for blues, purples and whites. Blum Floral did a fantastic job giving the space the color it needed to remain soft and romantic!
Guests enjoyed dinner provided by Channai Masala and Devil's Food and danced the night away. It was a night for the books!
Thanks so much to Maharani Weddings for the feature!
