Kelsey & Drew were two of the best!! Every meeting we sat down and thought of ways to make this wedding more unique, more creative, and more classy! My favorite part about this one was definitely their unique escort card wall. I have a passion for a fun escort card wall – so when a client wants to do one – I want to make it even better than the last!

The pair wanted an elegant and classy color scheme with lush white floral and tons of greenery. Liz Rusnac totally accomplished their color dreams with beautiful ceremony arrangements and a GORGEOUS stairwell garland that set the tone for the entire evening.

Once we came up with the general design of the escort card wall, I took it to Liz to see if she could help us with the wreath portion. She blew it out of the park! Liz & her sweet husband ending up building a custom 5 foot by 9 foot circle garland for our one-of-a-kind escort card display. Guests were greeted by a gold foiled pocket card with an insert that had their name and table assignment. It was the perfect personal touch while still being elegant.

The ceremony was perfect in every way! Kelsey came down that magical staircase and met her dad at the bottom. They exchanged their vows, said “I do!” and got ready to party. Art of Catering passed delicious appetizers and yummy drinks, meanwhile the photo booth was open up in the Ovation Room. The Bylines (if you haven’t heard them perform yet, you have to!) were a phenomenal touch to cocktail hour, guests even started dancing!

After a fun cocktail hour and delicious dinner, Kelsey & Drew shared their first dance down on the dance floor while guests and family watched from above. It was amazing! They finished dancing the night away with delicious desserts and cake from Dream Cakes. Oh & not to mention, the adorable cigar bar we set up for guests (and mostly Drew ;) ) to enjoy in between dancing. Who knew they would have taken the entire party outside?!

It’s so fun when you become connected with a couple and watch everything come to life. Kelsey and Drew, it was such a pleasure getting to coordinate your dream day. Congratulations!
