I still remember the first time meeting Kai, she had this beaming personality and infectious smile. She was madly in love with Reese and wanted to celebrate their love with close family and friends. Having selected Lewis & Clark for their venue, I knew I could create her vision perfectly as it's one of the most versatile venues in town.

For the ceremony, which was held behind the Manor House overlooking Mt. Hood, we set gold chiavaris, fuchsia and white petals down the aisle and kept the altar arrangements simple as to not obstruct the view.

After the ceremony, guests made their way down the historical steps surrounding the reflection pond for cocktail hour, enjoying the garden and delicious hors d’oeuvres and cocktails from Art of Catering. For dinner, guests found their seating assignment on an acrylic board and made their way into the glamorous tent with gold chandeliers and breathtaking fuchsia floral arrangements by Blum Floral Design.

Strung above the head table was a 24 foot lush floral garland with greenery and pops of fuchsia roses. Each table boasted gold Chameleon chairs, champagne linens, glass beaded chargers and an acrylic menu card It was personalized for each guest with their name calligraphed on a black band and their meal choice on the menu. The mirrored bar for drinks with a boxwood backing and floral dripping from the top was pure magic. For dessert, guests enjoyed a stunningly beautiful black cake with a glorious white sugar flower from Dream Cakes.

Kai & Reese shared their first dance under the stars on a black and white checked dance floor surrounded by glam lounge furniture from Classic Vintage Rentals. Guests danced the night away to music by DJ Zimmie and had a great time. It really was a magical evening.
