Tara and Tyler were the perfect 2020 couple. After cancelling their original Hawaiian wedding, they found ways to incorporate the tropical theme into their wine country wedding at Abbey Road Farm.
After a week of smoky skies and then days of rain, the sun came out for the perfect wedding day. The ceremony took place in the lower lawn with live music by John Ross and the most gorgeous florals by Bella Bloom Florals. Tara walked down the aisle to her favorite song while turkeys and chickens clucked along in the background.
After the ceremony, guests were treated to a glass of rosé to accompany the walk up to the reception lawn, where they were greeted by Napoleon and Smokey of Classy Camelids. The couple chose three signature cocktails to remind them of each of their three wedding plans (2020, am I right?) and a Hawaiian themed dinner menu.
As guests danced the night away, the surprises kept coming. The Swig Rig served root beer floats from their custom bar trailer, the dance floor lit up with glow wands for each guest, and the bride and groom offered mini pies from The Pie Spot as a sweet treat to take home. In all, it was a magical night and a joy to be a part of.
