Elizabeth + James
Upon meeting Elizabeth and James, you could just feel the love they had for one another. Elizabeth knew what she wanted when it came to their weddings so when it came to planning, it was a breeze. They opted to have 2 ceremonies, a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony at Elizabeth's parents home, then followed by a Catholic mass at St. Mary's Cathedral. All 380 guests were then invited to the reception at the Portland Art Museum's Grand Ballroom for an evening of good food and entertainment. The room was up-lit with soft white lighting while the tables all we adorned with candlelight. Zest Floral created beautiful centerpieces of white hydrangea and dusty pink roses along with touches of greenery for each table. The couple's monogram shined on the dance floor where guests danced the night away to celebrate the happy couples' new life together. My personal favorite part of the evening was right before Elizabeth and James were announced into the reception. We had their engagement video play for all of their guests to see how James had put so much thought and effort into planning the perfect proposal--- it left many teary eyed!
