Sara + Yusef

After looking at various venues in town, Sara and Yusef ended up selecting Ironlight in Lake Oswego. After months of waiting, after having to postpone due to COVID, we were able to celebrate their day on a beautiful Saturday in July.

Bringing in lots of colors such as purple, raspberry, navy and various greenery, the tone was set for a fun and elegant atmosphere. Ironlight was the perfect venue for their guest count, with the ceremony out on the patio overlooking Mt. Hood. Cocktail hour was on the sunset patio and the back half of the venue, then dinner inside with the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows to look out at the beautiful July night.

Wanting to bring in some cultural elements, Sara and her mom hand made over 200 paper cranes, we used them for place card holders and hung some around the cake table. With an incredible Middle Eastern infused dinner by Art of Catering, guests also enjoyed Thai sticky rice w/mangos for dessert and danced the night away with music provided by Event Team Entertainment.
