Katy + James

Katy and James got married at the beautiful JM Cellars on August 19, 2022. They kicked off their wedding weekend with an Emerald City Party Boat celebration on Lake Union. The next day, the couple arrived to the JM Cellars loft accompanied by 5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen, and their families. Char Beck Photography captured detail shots and getting ready photos, and Pollen in Love arrived to the loft with gorgeous florals. The guys played rounds of pool while the girls were styled by OffWhite Makeup & Beauty. When it was time for the first look, everyone teared up as they watched the joy spread across Katy and James’ faces.

As guests arrived for the ceremony, they were greeted with a welcome champagne. James walked down the aisle with his parents and Katy was escorted by her father. The couple’s dog, Tito, was the cutest ring bearer.

After being announced husband and wife, the newlywed Furney’s rejoiced in a cocktail hour with His: “Furney’s Old Fashioned” and Her’s: “Katy Collins” (Tom Collins). Guests mingled in the fireplace room and under the twinkling lights on the patio and enjoyed a charcuterie table.

Later, the bridal party made their grand entrance through JM’s ivy-covered copper doors, with music and MCing by Limitless Event DJs. Dinner was catered by Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes and dessert was wheeled in by Shug’s Soda Fountain & Ice Cream with the most fun and delicious prosecco float cart.

Everyone danced their hearts out in the barrel room in celebration of Katy and James.
