Susie + Nick
I love a wedding at Waverley Country Club. They are always elegant and timeless and Susie & Nick's wedding was nothing short of that. With a beautiful ceremony that took place inside the ballroom, Susie and Nick walked down an aisle filled with flowers and floating candles to say their vows atop a white stage that was adorned with florals around the base. Susie wore a beautiful lace Reem Acra gown with her bridesmaids in berry Monique Lhuillier floor length gowns while Nick and the groomsmen wore tuxedos from The Black Tux. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d' oeuvres on the back patio while also enjoying some persian sweets, an homage to Susie's maternal side's heritage.
For dinner guests made their way into the dining room where they sat amongst a combination of long and round tables with champagne linens, glass gold beaded chargers and beautiful ivory & blush arrangements with pops of greenery. Guests enjoyed a slice from the stunning four-tiered cake full of gorgeous blooms between each layer for dessert decorated by Papa Haydn along with some additional Persian pastries by Bon Bon Bakery. The ceremony space was transformed into a dancing area with live music and custom sunglasses as a favor. In perfect fashion, Nick & Susie exited the club with a glow-stick send off in Nick's 1984 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper. Epic end to an epic evening!
