Michell + Wayne

Wayne and Michell celebrated their wedding day at Alexana Winery, a venue they cherished as members for years. Their special day unfolded beautifully, beginning with a scenic ceremony on the lower patio overlooking the Willamette Valley. Guests were welcomed with fine wine and breathtaking views, setting a perfect tone for the festivities.

After the heartfelt union, everyone moved upstairs for a delightful cocktail hour accompanied by the melodies of a string quartet playing the couple’s favorite tunes. The ambiance was set for an intimate evening as dinner stations, expertly crafted by Art of Catering, awaited. The menu featured a selection of delectable dishes including Loche de Tigre ceviche, Bay Shrimp shooters with Dungeness Crab, Fig-glazed Lamb Chops, a Roasted Tenderloin carving station, and vibrant salads such as Niscoise Potato Salad and Summer Farro with Peppers and Citrus Vinaigrette.

The tables were adorned with elegant floral arrangements and candles by Blum Floral Design, creating a romantic atmosphere that complemented the occasion perfectly. Arden Event Collective provided a cozy lounge area, ideal for Wayne and Michell to mingle with their loved ones throughout the evening.

The celebration continued with heartfelt toasts and stories shared by family and friends, accompanied by a stunning 3-tiered cake crafted by Dream Cakes. A live jazz band filled the air with music that resonated with the couple’s personal style, adding a touch of joy and rhythm to the festivities.
