What a ride! What a process and to think I didn’t want a wedding planner at the beginning, boy was I wrong. You did a fantastic job. You kept the train on the tracks and you are VERY good at what you do. I cannot thank you enough!

Nora was amazing. She did a “Start to Finish” job, and she saved us a lot of money negotiating with vendors. She is responsive, and she really knows the Portland vendors. Probably most important- she saved me so much time, stress, and money through her negotiations and contacts. Having Nora throughout the process was really very helpful, and I believe she actually saved us enough money to pay for her services through discounts that she was able to get us with other vendors.
Rob and Nora (mostly Rob) actually conspired to splurge on some of the details (chair rentals, linens, etc) because I was the budget hawk. We had fewer guests than we had originally thought we would have, so Rob decided to splurge to surprise me. Nora handled all the wedding set-up (with some help from some angelic friends & family). Everything was beautiful- and I was really surprised and pleased when they revealed their hidden work to me (though Nora was worried that I might be upset that they upgraded the decorations without talking to me). But I was very happy.
Having Nora there to coordinate everything on the weekend and especially on the wedding day saved my sanity. Even if I was had to entrust those last minute details on the day to a family member or friend, I would have been extremely stressed out by the experience. Having Nora there was a lifesaver in this regard. I really trusted her completely, and she did a beautiful job.
